We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact email@example.com to discuss your particular situation.
In some cases we will allow exchanges.
If the item was purchased within the last six months and we have confirmed we are able to repair the piece, there is a 10% repair fee. If the piece was purchased over 6 months ago, there is a 15% repair fee. We are unable to refund shipping fees on repairs.
-Due to the one of a kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection.
