Return Policy:

We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact dollandgopaul@gmail.com to discuss your particular situation.

In some cases we will allow exchanges.

Repairs:

If the item was purchased within the last six months and we have confirmed we are able to repair the piece, there is a 10% repair fee. If the piece was purchased over 6 months ago, there is a 15% repair fee. We are unable to refund shipping fees on repairs.

-Due to the one of a kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection.
